Please note, if you or any of your dependents become eligible for Medicare prior to attaining age 65, you need to contact us at 1‐888‐598‐7809. Once Medicare becomes effective (prior to age 65) we will need to work with you to transition your coverage to a Sandia plan for members who are Medicare eligible.
